Combat Armory replaced the parts without a word on their part. I sent an email explaining my problem and I received my items in the mail today.

Works great have had no issues in a Glock build. Used in both a gen 3 19 frame and a FMK AG1 g19 frame. Fits perfect and no issues with functionality.
